Well this week I turn to the tried and true recipes of my fellow food bloggers for inspiration. I needed a break from the fickle cookbooks that keep leading me astray! I’m trying 3 new recipes this week, more than usual, but I have high hopes! I’ll report back after I’ve tried them out

Monday: Crunchy-Coconut Peanut Tilapia (5 WW points per serving)
Tuesday: Chicken Capri (5 WW points per serving with a few changes)
Wednesday: Salmon and Pesto Pasta (10 WW points per serving)
Thursday: leftover night!
Friday: something easy and yummy, no clue yet!
See what’s on the menus of other food bloggers by going to the weekly roundup post here.
Wow, your WW point calculation doesn’t make me look like a very healthy eater.
I hope you end up thinking the pasta is worth it!
I have had great luck with some of the Weight Watchers recipes and I’ve never seen these before.
Thanks!
Have a wonderful week!
Great menu! Thanks for the links. The Chicken Capri sounds yummy. I’m also a WW member.
I find trying new recipes really helps me stay motivated. (avoiding boredom)
Hope these turn out well for you!
Have a great week!
Thanks for sharing the weight watchers recipes! I’m eager to try the Chicken Capri!
Wow, these look wonderful. Can’t wait to try the tilapia!
Cheers, Kiy
